“*** Do not!! Buy Golden products!!!**** I am in the middle of ANOTHER battery crisis and it is giving me 7 or eight beeps. I requested service but Golden wants them to keep it over night for some testing. That does not work for me as I use my scooter for everything. We have an 1100 sq foot apartment and running the vacuum drains the batteries and as of right now if I were home alone the house catches on fire I will have to burn because I have no way dependable to excape. I have specifically called various scooter places, reported it to several different types of agencies and will continue to do so. I have had both back wheels replaced, the batteries , something happened with the motor, the seat has came loose, I have it tied down with zip ties and now I need batteries and who knows what with the long series of beeps again. We had an emergency scooter need. There were no high pressure tactics, which I loathe. We were given plenty of time to decide. I just they would have a few more options for what I needed.
