“Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Called him to repair pressure washer, took to him and much to my surprise it was ready the next day. I thought it was a fluke and he just wasn’t that busy. When I picked up washer, I took my broken chainsaw in, he called me the next day and whammo, it was fixed and ready for pickup. I was floored. I really wanted to test him so asked about winterizing/maintenance on my Dixon ZTR mower with 22 hp Briggs and Stratton motor. Was told he could pick up and deliver back. Now I am a 100% all in believer. Van Tress is the real deal. I am so satisfied with this business that, selfishly, I hesitated to sound so positive about this business because I am fearful the word gets out too much. ; )”

“Great service but they should look into investing a "memory saver" that plugs into the cars OBD port to power the car while the battery is out. They gave mine back after replacing the battery and it had all sorts of trouble that it had to "re-learn". The car isn't very new so nothing too drastic. I'd be very frustrated if they just wiped all my settings, ect... with a newer car. Simple to prevent since the tool cost less than 100$ Otherwise trustworthy shop! Thanks Jamie”
