“My family just started at Sugarcreek Family Medicine, and I could not be happier. Other places told me I had to wait months for a new patent appointment and that, if before that appointment we needed something, we were out of luck. Sugarcreek Family Medicine not only got me on their schedule quickly, they were able to schedule me after school (as I am a teacher). I did have to wait a bit for my appointment, but I understood since it was the end of the day and NP Natalie Curry was apologetic about the wait. Even with her running behind, she spent her time with me and it did not feel rushed. She was very knowledgeable and was easy to converse with. The next weekend, before my son had even had an appointment with Sugarcreek Family Medicine, he got sick. When I called after hours (and out of state), Dr. Jeffries called me back and was able to help my son. I was so grateful for his patience, attentiveness, and helpfulness.
