“Excellent care, helpful and informative staff. Very reasonable pricing. While I was there I saw a customer who was a young lady smacking a bird on the beak ruff housing with a small bird. I was very impressed with how the obviously annoyed staff immediately intervened and kindly educated this customer as to why she is not to do that... Explaining the bird doesn't understand that kind of aggressive play and not to do that as it will make this gentle sweet bird aggressive toward others. Great customer service, bird grooming & education! Looking forward to the DNA results on my babies conures.”
