I particularly like the lack of responsibility in making decisions about maintenance issues, knowing that if something needs attention in my home, there is someone here who will take care of it for me. My garden home is spacious enough to allow me to have overnight guests, the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, and spotting a deer or a duck family occasionally is a special treat.”

“This is both a marsh and a prairie. The prairie has well kept walking paths, but the wood next to the marsh has a walking path that could use some work. However, it is a very quiet and isolated area for a nice hike. The numerous tree swallows are a delight and there are many wildflowers. A boardwalk to the marsh would really be a nice addition.”
