“Facility is clean & staff is friendly. They go out of their way to help & keep you informed. I know a couple RNs that work there, and they say they love working there. Management has been supportive & helpful. There are a few current employees that seem to want to trash management, but it’s those same employees that try to take advantage of the policies & don’t like being held accountable. Few bad apples in every bunch?? My personal experience has been wonderful!”

“Noah and John were outstanding!! They are the reason the water turned on today after being off for over 10 years!!! Do not judge the disarray we are just getting started. We have some temporary facilities in place and a great plan for expand water to parts of the building that haven’t had it in forever. They are also registered with the City of Dayton which was a requirement for us since our water blew years ago and had been turned off at the main. This was a major step for our progress and this is the 2nd time we’ve used Dean’s. They are by far our plumber of choice moving forward. A+++++”

“This motel is the only motel my husband and I come to when we come to Ohio from Kentucky. Sure their rooms might need a little work, but they have everything you need for a night or 2 stays and it is hidden away behind a bunch of businesses, so, very quiet, and I have never had a bad experience here. The guys who run are pleasant and will try and get you anything you need. A major plus+++ for not having a single bug. Anywhere anytime I have stayed here. In my opinion its the best place to stay if your on a limited budget.”

“They work with my schedule and have been super good at rescheduling me when I have unexpected cancellations, I always feel like I'm listened to and I appreciate that they are gentle while still being straightforward with me. If one approach isn't working they offer another until we found something that worked for me, their kindness and patience with me and my needs makes it easier for me to discuss hard topics that I'd normally not want to confront. “A fantastic company to drive for. The pay is great (minimum pay guarantee of $1000 weekly starting your first day of training), I'm home every weekend for nearly 48 hours, and you just simply can't find better dispatchers....it's not possible, they are top of the line. The only downside is that the fleet and equipment is older. Though the company shop does a pretty good job maintaining them and promptly fixing any issues.”
