“John takes a consultative approach and doesn’t adopt a “one size fits all” attitude. He works hard to develop a unique program that is tailored to your personal fitness goals. He works hard to put his clients at ease and is not judgmental in the least. He varies the routines every couple of weeks to prevent things from becoming stagnant and to encourage continued progression. If a particular exercise is too difficult, he is able to modify the routine on the fly. He is constantly checking on his clients throughout the session to ensure they are not experiencing any injuries or over exerting themselves. When a muscle cramp or minor injury occurs he is quick to stop and help the client stretch and work out muscle tension. He does push his clients, but in a way that is both encouraging and motivational. Since working with John I have noticed a significant improvement in my posture, muscle tone, and overall strength. I am lifting more weight am feeling more fit than I did when I was in my 20’s. I would recommend John to anyone looking to get into better shape regardless of their age, gender, and current fitness level.”

“I have only spent a short time here visiting. There's not foot high grass or trash piled around people's homes. You can tell there's effort being put in to keeping it up. From what I understand the management runs a pretty tight ship and this helps add a well cared for aesthetic to the park. That's all I know.”

“Super helpful pharmacy staff! My son has asthma. Doc prescribed an inhaler that normally costs close to $600. We have insurance, but the deductible is ridiculous. Pharmacist recommended a website to help off set costs. Reduced his inhaler - which he needs monthly - from $600 to just a little less than $90 per month. What a relief! We so appreciate the information. As an aside - we get most, if not all, prescriptions filled at Costco. So much cheaper - even without using insurance - than places we used to use. Staff is always super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help their customers.”

“This might be my favorite store in the whole world. If you are sassy, a smart a**, or just enjoy your humor with an edge, this store is for you! My husband bought me a mug earlier in the week that said “I want to be a nice person but everyone is just so stupid”, and this obviously made me want to step in the store itself. I got just a few things, but I honestly wanted to buy one of everything and I can tell you that I will be back frequently. The owner was working and she was fantastic as well!”
