“I have had Rick as an agent since I got my license - my mother's policy is with him and I spun off onto my own once I was old enough. I have never had a bad experience and Rick has done small, personal things such as sending cards at the holidays that make you feel he cares about customers individually. Even though I don't live in Cincinnati anymore, I have kept my policy with this office because I know they do good work. Recently I totaled my car and when I needed to replace the vehicle on my policy, was unable to do so through the State Farm app. I was worried about driving around without the new car on my policy while the change was pending, so I talked to Kiersten at this office and she assured me that I would be covered anyway. When I called back with the VIN, she was extremely pleasant and efficient, and made sure I had everything I needed before ending the call (including emailing me an updated temporary ID card while I wait for the new one in the mail). While I typically prefer to do things online, working through the people in this office was a positive experience and I would not hesitate to do so again if I needed.”

“Everyone at the About Face Surgical Arts is wonderful and knowledgeable. I was very nervous about my visit as I’ve never removed any teeth before or have gone under anesthesia. Dr. Khan was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He met with me and explained everything to me in details. I had three of my wisdom teeth removed and I am amazed as to how fast my recovery was without any complications. They checked on me once on the day of my surgery and then about a week later after my procedure. It was the best experience I have ever experienced when it comes to my dental care. “This park is absolutely stunning. Not your typical park, yet a welcome surprise. The land is beautiful, high on a hill, surrounded by trees and hills. The park offers many hiking trails that are miles long in the woods, over creeks and under a canopy. There is a Frisbee golf course throughout the front section. While there, I saw deer walking through the far end. The benches and shelters are perfectly placed to capture the breathtaking views of the sunset. This park is truly a hidden gem in Anderson. Please note, no playgrounds just your imagination here, and two portable restrooms. This is now my favorite park in Anderson. Stunning.”

“I’ve been coming to this practice since I was 16 years old and seeing Renee since then, she delivered my son and did an amazing job. 5 stars for her ! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else. However, I was really disappointed that I scheduled my appointment back in May for last week and they texted to have me call the day before to be screened for COVID, and didn’t mention until the day before my appointment that I couldn’t bring anyone with me (my 10 month old son) it was frustrating not knowing I couldn’t bring him and only having 24 hours notice to find a sitter. They should send a text sooner to inform people this. Was really just inconvenient. Otherwise, a great practice.”
