“I received this as a gift. After trying to install I found that the spit rod was not long enough to engage with the motor. So I mistakenly ordered a different bracket for $14. After carefully reading the instructions, I realized it wasn't a bracket problem but I had the wrong spit rod. Well Okay, I ordered the bracket I didn't need, my bad. I then wrote an email to OneGrill asking what spit rod I should order, perfectly willing to spend another $30 for the mistake of my gifter and me. An hour after my email, I got a phone call from Brian. He asked me if I had the original order number and I explained it was a gift. He then said let me check and asked if it was a gift from my my son (same last name). He found the original order. He explained, m spit rod was for a two burner grill, I needed a 3 burner grill, and he would just ship that out no charge, no need to return the original rod. The next day Brian called and said, I noticed you ordered a bracket, do you still need that? I said, no, please cancel but keep the money, he said we don't work that way. The product works great, was easy to install. But the customer service is amazing!”
