“I started with Nico at Fitness Physiques about 3 years ago. First only once a week for Group Pilates. Then I added a weekly hour of private instruction for personal attention to my particular balance, strength and cardio needs. Then for fun, about a year ago I started dropping in (when my work schedule permits) for a group Bodhi Suspension circuit class which pushes me to my limits. This past year, Nico added a four-person class for cycling and Core Align balance and strength class which I do once a week. I have a blast in each session thanks to Nico's positive and attentive way of working. I feel the benefits in all I do the rest of the day and week.
