“I made a large purchase with Jones.... $13,000 in total. That is a lot of money to spend on fish and supplies with someone you have never done business with. Like any business, there was mistake made. I wanted to meet them onsite for the delivery and somehow a phone number was swapped and I was not informed. I was quite disappointed. I called Jones and spoked to Adam Hater, the COO. He was extremely understanding at the great level of disappointment. He went above and beyond to make it up. At our next delivery he hand picked very nice, very healthy XL fish and gave extra fish to make up for it. As a business owner, I totally understand mistakes... what matters is how you handle them.
