Super easy to set up our account online. Received a phone call from the facility manager same day asking if I had any questions. Wonderful customer service.

Update: Added a unit for our business and same great customer service. The facility manager was able to get a unit close to our other one which will save us a lot of time whenever we come to the building. Way to go Extra Space Storage!

The representative was great and friendly. Very nice and up front about the prices. Made my rental easy and I wasn't there no more then 15 mins before I got a storage.

Ari was so helpful during our interaction a couple days ago! I was in a rush to get a storage unit (all while doing this across the country). She was efficient and patient! 10/10 recommend! Kindness goes a long way! Thanks Ari!

Our family recently rented two storage units and we are extremely pleased with the units and the process for rental. Julie was extremely helpful, informative and patient with all of my questions.

We rent one of the storage units over at the Corcoran facility. I am impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism within the facility! Julie is a spectacular manager and went above and beyond when I lost the keys to my lock. More companies need people like Julie!

Very inviting and friendly people. Incredibly good music . A lot of up-tempo jazz and traditional hymns. Great place to worship and visit!
