(July 13, 2020, 5:34 pm)I met Eric at Mission Five after he answered a question of mine on the website. He responded immediately and disclosed the information I needed to begin his program. I quickly learned that Eric had the knowledge and motivational support I needed to get to the next level. I have carpal tunnel surgery soon and Eric wanted to speak with the nurse to get as much info about post-op workouts. That is above and beyond in my opinion. I will always come back to Eric at Mission Five for my personal training and to get to whatever level I need next!

I'm never bored and continue to see improvements in my strength. With his depth of fitness knowledge, focus on proper technique, and engaging communication style, he's a great trainer for both beginning and experienced clients. If you're willing to put the work in, you'll see results and feel your physical best with Eric!
(February 20, 2019, 10:09 am)Eric takes the time to explain not only how to do his excellent workouts, but the "why." He takes great care to ensure you don't overtrain and treats your successes like his very own. I can't recommend him enough. Knowledge, personality, and genuine care.
(January 5, 2019, 8:58 am)Long time client of Eric Feigl. I feel Eric is an ideal trainer for anyone who is goal driven, shows up, is willing to put in the work and listens to instruction.
In my experience Eric knows when to push you and when to take things a little easier. He's not out to hurt you, but to make you stronger and more fit by working with clients to achieve their individual goals.
(January 2, 2019, 8:55 pm)Eric is an awesome personal trainer! Very knowledgeable in the fitness domain, and is great about sharing nutrition tips as well. He’s a fantastic motivator and you can tell he’s invested in the success of all of his clients.
