Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Would def stay there again and look forward to it. The only thing that they lost a star for was the pool was not heated as advertised. It was only in the 60s outside and the kids could not swim because the water was freezing. When asking the front desk staff they claimed it was heated, but that water was freezing!! Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay and the service was top notch, José at the front desk was so nice and accommodating plus the others whose names I didn’t get. I don’t usually post reviews but this place went above and beyond. It was so clean and quiet. It was a little pricier than the surrounding hotels but worth every penny. Plus they had a shuttle at the hotel next door for theme parks which worked out great! Definitely would come back again

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while.

The bedroom was clean and well organized, the beds were soft/comfortable (as were the pillows), the sheets felt fresh and clean.

The staff was also very welcoming and helpful. No matter how many questions, requests, or concerns we had they were happy to help/ accommodate us.

Special shout out to James Ley. They welcomed us happily, great conversationalist, and extremely charismatic. A very joyful presence. We greatly appreciated how dedicated they were to making our stay enjoyable. Thank you James.

The bathroom was spacious, the rooms were and very nice. The staff was amazing especially Ricardo and two other who I did not get the name. There was a hot tub, a machine at the form desk for near by eating placed and to order. The security was very nice. I like the rooms AC.

We left a watch and received an email the next day and they told us they can ship to to us. We did not even notice we left the watch which was expensive. The hotel was honestly 5/5 and the staff was even better than the hotel

The rooms were extremely clean, the staff is helpful and awesome with all your needs. The breakfast was delicious and affordable. A special thanks to Ricardo Donate the Front Office Manager who went above and beyond during my stay from the Bahamas. Great team and awesome hotel. I will definitely be back here in Orlando along with recommending this hotel to all my friends and family back home.👍🏾
