“My neurologist referred me to physical therapy for head and neck pain associated with migraines. I had many sessions of PT at a different company, but it did absolutely nothing. I was in total agony, with migraines almost every single day, some lasting for 2 weeks! I've been at Christ Hospital PT for a month, and already my migraines days have gone down significantly. I can go 3 or 4 days without a migraine now, which I never thought possible. And my migraines only last for a day or two now, instead of weeks. At my very first visit, they measured my mobility - something the other PT place did not do. The physical therapist made several observations that were surprising to me, and explained a lot of the pain I've been dealing with for 15 years. My visits include a combination of massage, strengthening exercises, taping my shoulders for posture, and now cupping - which seems odd but gives me immeasurable relief! The home exercises are simple and pinpoint the areas that cause the bulk of my issues. My only wish is that the sessions lasted longer than 30 minutes! I feel like I could make huge strides if I had a couple of hours per session! But clearly the 30 minute sessions are working, so I can't really complain. I feel confident that my migraines will be under control one day soon, and there's no doubt in my mind that Christ Hospital PT is the reason why!”
