(January 7, 2022, 9:48 am)The Sesame Chicken and the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce we're excellent. The portions were more than adequate. The White, Brown and Fried Rice were good. The host and the server were welcoming, friendly and professional. The server visited the table often and asked if we needed a thing and asked how the food was. The restaurant was clean and well maintained.
(December 31, 2021, 9:47 pm)Frankly one of the most honorable establishments that I have ever set my foot into. I have never been to any place like this and honestly, I was left shocked. The food: Exquisite. The facility: thoroughly sanitized. The service: Laudatory. Shout out to our waitress Elizabeth!!; Without a doubt, one of the most hard working people I have ever come across. Everything about my visit was spectacular and truly unbeatable while comparing to various other restaurants. I will be returning here countless times and I thank you for all you have done for this country. I salute you and am grateful that I have experienced why this incredible company has to offer. I know my review says 5 stars, but trust me, if I could go any higher, I would. Absolutely commendable!
(December 31, 2021, 9:31 pm)This is our fifth year eating at PF Changs on New Year’s Eve and we love this tradition because it never disappoints. Tonight, Elizabeth took care of us and everything was great! Food was coming out a tiny slow but she let us know that may happen and we were cool. We had plenty of food plus the atmosphere is super chill. Thanks to Elizabeth for making sure our drinks were always full and continuing to check in and make sure we were happy and that all was good. This is a tradition that will continue!
(October 11, 2021, 7:36 pm)This was my first experience at PF Chang’s… our server was the wonderfully attentive and cheerfully pleasant China… I can’t say enough nice things about her… she was friendly and helpful… and took great care of us… thanks for a great evening China…
(September 26, 2021, 6:16 pm)The food was absolutely amazing! This was my boyfriend’s and I first time trying it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone! We were full and still was able to take some food home. The waitress, China, was outstanding! She had great customer service and made sure everything was to our satisfaction! All of her recommendations were bomb, which shows she’s VERY knowledgeable. If you visit the Newport News location, be sure to ask for her! Every time I come here, I will be asking for to be seated in her space, if she’s available ☺️
