“I had gone to another BMW dealership to buy a new car, however that location pushed used cars hard. The other store also wanted me to pay $1k for upholstery protection which I didn’t want. I instead went to the BMW store and was greeted by Amy on the sales team. The suggestions that Amy made were thoughtful and on point, overall she was excellent. The delivery was smooth, and was a fun time for my whole family. The store is beautiful and offered a great buying experience.
