Maronda has great sales people and construction foremen. However, the Maronda Leadership located here in Cincinnati is nothing to be desired. Five Builders built homes in Woodlawn Meadows overall the community came together very well. If Considering Maronda...have paperwork reviewed by an attorney.”

“I have lived here for a year and I am about to move , as my lease is ending, but I have absolutely LOVED my beautiful apartment and the staff here is so kind and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment with everything you could possibly need . I’ve never had one single issue with pests or power going out. I’m not sure about other buildings, but our hallways are very clean and the building is quiet. NOBODY EVER STEALS PACKAGES! I probably had the best building and everyone was so nice on any given day. They have also taken care of the parking lot since the snow and ice popped up a few days ago. I wish I could stay longer but the rent does increase when my lease is up. I would love to live here for even longer but own personal my circumstances have changed as of a few months ago. Thank you to everyone at the Apex! This has been my favorite place to live ❤️”

“I wanted to note my first experience/impression of Centennial Station when I toured the property. I had looked at a few other properties in the Hyde Park/Oakley/Madisonville area last August 2021 prior to viewing Centennial Station and right when I came here immediately knew that I wouldn't need to be touring any place else based on Bria's presentation of the property. A lot of places are very nice in this area and would note things that they had over other properties nearby, but when I toured Centennial, Bria simply showed me all that Centennial Station has to offer and was very kind and professional without the need to state "we're the best". Instead it was more of a "here is what our resident's love" type of approach that I could tell was very genuine. I've recommended Centennial Station to a lot of people looking for apartments based on that interaction alone because it was the first time I had felt that it wasn't about just getting someone to sign a lease but rather helping someone find a place that they really loved, which naturally did make me want to sign. Both Bria and Savannah are very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and down to earth. I've also had the chance to meet three member of the maintenance staff which I unfortunately didn't catch the names of to give them proper recognition but they've been just as kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Neighbors here are all very kind as well - and it is a very dog friendly property!”

The property is beautifully maintained, the trash is ALWAYS emptied out, the neighborhood has beautiful pools and a lake, and the staff is amazing. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it is always taken care of quickly and efficiently. It was no doubt in my mind to renew my lease! Also, I know when I was looking at apartment reviews last year - I always had concerns about cleanliness (and bugs) - it is super clean here and there are no bug issues. “My elderly mother lived at The Boulevard, formerly The Vineyard, for 3-1/2 years. The apartment was well maintained, and improvements were made to the building on a regular basis. The on-site maintenance crew were very responsive to needs. However, management changed three times in that time period. And don't expect any response from corporate if you contact them. You will get sent to a "regional manager" for help, which means you get transferred to voice mail, leave a message, and never receive a call back. And even though they advertise office hours till 5PM, the office after-hours voice recording goes on at 4:30.”
