It's safe, walking distance to Hyde Park Square, and offers easy access to the interstate. I got lots of compliments on the wood floors and spacious living room. On the other hand ... the radiators made our bedroom way too hot in the winter, while the window air conditioners seemed extremely old and dirty. Overall, I would recommend living here for the price.”

My cat loves it here too. He loves to watch the birds on the balcony. However, we have had to have the discussion that birds are our friends and we don't eat our friends, lol! This city girl now knows about goose babies, duck babies, and even the svelte grey pelican who graces our presence now and then. I love it here and would recommend it to anyone. :)”
