Awesome property manager! Quick fixes on maintenance items. Seen some new homes coming in... good stuff!!
We have lived here for a year and have m never had any problem with management. The rules are clearly written on the lease and fair. If you don't like them then don't rent here. One family is being evicted due to the chaos and domestic violence in that home and that person left a negative review. No this mobile home park is not filled with drug user or dealers. The management makes certain that the park is clean. They expect you to cut your grass and not have broken blinds hanging in your windows and that's reasonable. The rental rates are reasonable and the units spacious and all they rent are recently new.
