Occasionally you do run into a gym rat with an attitude but they normally get kicked out or trashed to quickly.
(December 10, 2022, 3:46 pm)First time at the Colerain location. Front desk assistance was great. A young lady help me with the app and straightened out a few things with my account. I will definitely visit there again
