So grateful for this particular station as my dad wouldn’t be alive if it wasn’t for them! We were unaware that the police department had placed a ‘dangerous’ order on our address (just b/c we’ve had multiple issues with the police department). This particular order states that the emts & firefighters have to wait for police to declare it safe before they can come. The fire department didn’t wait as they knew we were ‘dangerous’ since they had been at our house a few months prior. The police didn’t even arrive until the emts were pulling away. Once my dad got to the hospital, the doctor said that if it wasn’t for the emts arriving so quickly he would’ve died. I cannot express how thankful I am for them taking that risk and coming to our house anyway! Also the order placed on our address has now been removed, thanks to the fire department & 911 dispatch!
Pete and Dustin were great with rescuing me from a fall in grosbeck several weeks ago. they were extremely efficient, calm, and perhaps most importantly respectful and KIND.

My husband called because I was having chest pain. The squad showed up and were incredible. They suggested Mercy West and they were awesome as well. My son and grandson and granddaughter are all in this great occupation and I felt like all the guys were treating me as if I was their mom and grandma. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and am on the mend.

I called the Colerain Fire Department 6/26/2020 & told them that I no longer had working smoke alarms in my house (long story - problem home security company). They called back & were here within 20 minutes, installed both smoke alarms with in 20 minutes. Both were very courteous & professional. Thank you so much!
