I recently purchased a new truck, and the wheel balance was all out of whack. I brought it to this les Schwab location as it is the closest to the bottom of Coal creek canyon. They were awesome. They balanced and rotated the wheels in about 30min. Truck rides great now. No vibration at high speed. Will definitely be back. The customer service here is top notch! Many thanks.

I feel I received the red carpet treatment once I arrived to Les Swab, for my first time, I was met outside by a technician, my tire change was very quick. The technicians here are super awesome, friendly and ready to get the job done! It was all hands on deck, when the lobby was clear. Thank you guys for the great experience and keep making people’s days better!
This location has the best show room I’ve seen out of the smaller tire/repair shops. I could go on, I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

The guys were great and provide fast excellent service. I needed tires swapped on new wheels today as I am leaving town and four wheel parts left me hanging. A caveat the wheels had extra dot approved bead lock type bolts in them that required extra work. The manager was awesome and gave a fair price to install. The most important thing to me is that they didn’t get the inside of my jeep dirty. They did the job same day and everything went smoothly! Some posters complained about price, yes they can be more than other shops but a clean interior, great customer experience and fast turnaround was worth it.

Had a great experience here yesterday. I’ve been loyal to Discount Tire exclusively for twenty years but that changed yesterday. This crew’s customer service is stellar. The actual shop/experience is much nicer as well. Thanks again.

The guys were great! I showed up unannounced with a brake problem. They diagnosed and fixed with parts on hand in about an hour and fifteen minutes. Decent and fair price as well. Overall great experience.
