I was only there for my initial visit when I experienced a setback due to Vertigo. My first thought was I was not going to be able to continue. I spoke to Garrett to cancel my second appointment and explained what was going on. I kept my appointment two days later. When I got there still suffering from Vertigo, I was greeted by Garrett and Will. Garrett had already established new exercises so I could continue on the plan. I have never had this type of reaction to needing to change. Will took me through the routine and assisted me when I needed help.
