NovaCare Rehabilitation

I have been In PT with various companies over 50 years. I recently signed with the Nova Care Rehab Colerain. I am very impressed with kind, considerate and professional approach of all staff. I was only there for my initial visit when I experienced a setback due to Vertigo. My first thought was I was not going to be able to continue. I spoke to Garrett to cancel my second appointment and explained what was going on. I kept my appointment two days later. When I got there still suffering from Vertigo, I was greeted by Garrett and Will. Garrett had already established new exercises so I could continue on the plan. I have never had this type of reaction to needing to change. Will took me through the routine and assisted me when I needed help. Because of their quick reaction, I have been doing exercises daily at home and walked two miles yesterday. If you or someone you love is looking for PT this is definitely the place to go.

The team at NovaCare in Colerain Township was fantastic. They consistently asked about my well being, checking on what was beneficial and what I thought was not. The team shared information about my progress so when I was there they all knew my strengths and weakness.

Such a great atmosphere! I've done months of pt at a different facility and I'm so glad I switched this go round. My pt is focused on my care, clearly addresses my questions and concerns.
