I worked with this fantastic group of people just shy of 15 years. I can honestly say they care, and do all possible to find the perfect fit for your temporary housing needs. Considering the market out there right now, you truly need a company like this. They are honest, hard working people who truly care about the guests. I have moved on to a totally different field, but would absolutely encourage anyone who needs a corporate apartment to give them a call. Miss you guys!!!!

We arrived in the area late October and were in a very nice apartment within just a few days. Kim was our main contact and she handled everything extremely well. The apartment was in NKY. We requested a fully furnished place (everything but our toothbrush and clothes); it was all done with no problems. The apartment was clean and ready when agreed. The apartment staff takes pride in the units here. During our 5 month stay, furnace filters and smoke detectors were checked, we were issued a fire extinguisher, snow removal was prompt and the area is well maintained .Due to COVID we could not use the exercise facilities, so no input on those. Kim was an absolute delight to work with. She followed up with us regularly to ensure everything was as expected. We were treated like royalty. I can highly recommend working with GCRSI for your temporary housing needs.

We’ve used GCRS twice now, and plan to use this service anytime we come back stateside!! We are an overseas family and anytime we need a place to stay this is who we trust. Whether it’s for a month, more, or like our current stay an unknown length of time. They’ve been great! I relocated without my husband and they have helped me tremendously. Getting anything I needed, switched furniture, delivered a new TV when one went out without any questions. I’ve gotten emails just to check in to see how we are doing. They are wonderful and I highly recommend using GCRS for anytime you need a good place to stay without having to overstay a welcome with a family member or friend.

Kim was great! We had a hard time finding a place to stay for a month and half while my daughter received treatment. Kim called me back the very next day and had a place for us to stay. The apartment was very clean when we got there and she checked on us at least weekly to see if we needed anything!

I just want to say any and everyone that was involved with GCRSI was great. I personally worked with Doni Uphus and when I say one of the most amazing women I have ever cane across I mean it. She was great from start to finish. When I had issues with my move out or just needed items for the apartment I don’t care how late it was she responded that same night or bright and early the next day and was very efficient with solving the issue or getting me an answer. She made me and my babies feel so comfortable and help me relax when I got stressed out with my process and situation. I want to personally thank her personally and the person who hired her. They indeed have a wonderful person on their team! Thank you GCRSI and Thank You Doni!
