Villages of Whitewater Apartment Homes

My parents moved into the Villages of Whitwater Apartments this June 2021. Tammy has been really helpful to them , even with filling out the application. She is really kind and patient and often goes beyond the call of duty. Tammy is so very very busy and she does the job of 3 people. It would be great if they would give her an assistant this way everyone who needs help could get it in a timely mannor.

Me an my Husband have been liven here about 5-6 years we love it It’s so peaceful jus Wish the Rent was a Lil Lower but other than that I’m ok with The place😊

My wife and I moved into condo (2) years ago. We found the accommodations to be excellent, very modern, and spacious enough to meet our needs. The (2) car garage was a real plus. Tammy and the staff have been excellent to work with. Tammy was very professional and friendly and was always there to provide assistance when needed. I would highly recommend anyone moving here. Tammy, the property manager, makes the transition so easy. The maintenance staff are top notch. The floor plans are wonderful, spacious and just as shown in the photos. Major bonus is having a garage. Ease of access to the highway makes living here easy. If you are looking for a place to move, put this on your list.

We moved in last month and thanks to Tammy it was a super easy transition into our new home. The homes are superb for being rentals! We absolutely love the neighborhood, the granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and the 2 car garage! Tammy made everything super simple to understand and was VERY courteous to keep us in the loop during the approval process. I would HIGHLY recommend moving here. Best decision we've made we couldn't be happier.
