Natasha was great! She lead a session for my girls at our day camp in July! I'm pretty sure it was their favorite part of camp that week, they talked about it every day! I highly recommend her and NKO Yoga! She is very knowledgeable and worked well with promoting self confidence and relaxation.

From the moment I walked into this quaint little studio, I was hooked. I am amazed at what through words and practice my body is beginning to do. Ruth and Natasha are amazing humans who bring joy, humor and love to the art of yoga.

I always feel at home in the NKO Yoga space. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I’ve learned so much about yoga and how to further my practice. I look forward to every class. Thank you!

The studio is beautiful. The owner Natasha is an amazing woman both inside and out. I took prenatal classes with Natasha and she was so kind, compassionate and helpful throughout my pregnancy. I’ve taken multiple workshops at this studio and have never been disappointed. I will be continuing my yoga practice here.

I absolutely love this studio! The teachers and owner are amazing teachers. This studio offers a variety of yoga classes so it's the perfect fit for any yogi. Beginner to Advance. I highly recommend this studio!
