Brandon understood what i need and was careful for my safety. The place is clean and feels very welcoming.
Very kind and compassionate staff, everyone is so friendly; the pleasant company makes working out feel a lot easier!!! They are very understanding and accommodating. My therapist is very patient with me, too, there’s no pressure or rushing to push progress; the pace is flexible towards my needs. I feel extremely comfortable as a patient (when so many other clinics tend to feel rather impersonal).
The facilities are modern and tailored for many different needs.. Most importantly, they practice *excellent* health and hygiene standards; everything is regularly sanitized, patients are temperature-checked upon walking in, proper social distancing is enforced, etc— I actually feel VERY safe going to therapy in the middle of a pandemic!!!
It’s a smaller clinic, so it’s less stressful than going to the big hospital branches. They take wonderful care of me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Brandon, Sarah and Heidi did a great job helping me recover after an injury. They greeted me warmly, were knowledgeable and encouraging as they guided me through exercises to strengthen and stretch my strained muscle ultimately increasing my range of motion. They were also personable and made a sometimes painful process as pleasant as possible. I hope to not need their service again but if I do I would definitely go back to this team at Novacare.
I really like NovaCare on Harrison Avenue. The therapists are well-trained and very friendly. They work together as a team, so when I work with someone other than my usual therapist, we don't miss a beat. They genuinely care about all of their patients, which I have observed first-hand, and check-in with the patient to make sure that there are no unusual/hurtful muscular experiences. I highly recommend them!
