Home Instead

I needed care in my home while waiting for a care agency that accepts my Medicaid Program, Passport Services. I'm permanently disabled and in a wheelchair and I'm a senior citizen. Jewish Family Services offered to pay for care services for me for 3 months. They hired Home Instead to be that agency. From the beginning of meeting them I was totally impressed. Michelle came to my home to meet me and do an assessment. We talked and laughed and she was an absolute delight to be with. The two caregivers that were assigned to me for 16 hours a week are the nicest two young ladies and excellent caregivers. I am so enjoying them being with me. The one I have the most is named Sarai and I just love her. Gina was with me for a short time, just every other Friday, and she is also very charming and polite. Home Instead has been very attentive towards me and making sure that everything is going right with my care they are providing. Home Instead is very, very professional and thorough in organizing and keeping me informed. The ladies I spoke to in the office are very polite and show much concern for me. All in all, I just love Home Instead and I would recommend this to everyone who need a care agency. I can't say enough good things about them so I'll sum it up like this, "I LOVE THEM" and thank them for all their care.

Working as a care giver for Home Instead has been such a rewarding experience. Home Instead does a great job at offering care giver support and opportunities. I love the flexibility of my schedule, and look forward to offering care to all my clients each day. I can't imagine doing anything else.

We needed assistance after my surgery and help with my husband who had a stroke. The staff was on point with our requests and needs and the caregivers were very helpful and kind! Obviously some where more in tune to our needs than others but they were really great! We’ve had experience with other agencies but this one by far has been the best!

My dad was battling Alzheimers and lived 5 hours from me. It was so comforting to know that Home Instead had such loving and caring caregivers. I knew my dad was in good hands. They would visit his home on a daily basis, helping my step-mom care for my dad in his home. Every once in a while I'd get a photo of dad texted to me. That was such a treat. When the time came they were so compassionate. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Thanks Home Instead!
