“When the other doctors just kept saying nothings wrong or you’ll never walk again Dr Temple just looked at me and said you’ll be OK I can fix that. By the time I left Hess Office the first time I saw him he had a plan. So far I have followed his plan. It’s been everything he says it was sometimes, better faster than we thought it might. But I am ever so thankful I found him and my life would never be the same without him. I walk already, and we still have a bit to go to make my life whole again.”

“The office staff is amazing! I've had complications my second baby so I'm there every week. Even though they see hundreds of people and arent always at the same location, they all know me by name and take the time out of their busy day to tell me hi, sometimes even checking me in when they see me come through the door! All of the doctors there are amazing and make sure every question is heard and answered without making even "small" questions seem silly. Though it's never fun to go to the ob gyn, their upbeat personalities make it easier and not so mundane. Dr. Hoopes and Zinn are wonderful ladies who take the time to get to know you and your situation so that they're sure you have the best possible experience with whatever reason you're there.”

“Dr. McPherson saved my quality of life. I had bounced around to doctors all over cincy, all while my symptoms got increasingly worse. I was directed to go back to the ER by my orthopedic doctor. Assuming the neurosurgeon would send me away with pain meds and a referral just like the last time, it was exactly the opposite. Dr. McPherson looked at my MRI and spoke to me personally about how the pain was effectively destroying ever aspect of my life. He still took the time ti go over with me the risks and other options for me especially being that I am only 22. But after in dept discussion we decided TOGETHER that surgery was my best option. And since my surgery the pain i went in with has vanished. Im only left with nerve damage that could have gotten worse had the surgery been pushed off longer. His bedside manner is great, and he is very professional while being personal at the same time. If i could rate my experience with him and his office post operation i would be giving 10 stars. “Living in Burlington, Kentucky makes visiting your store a somewhat rare occasion. I make the trip because you always have what I'm looking for at reasonable prices. I purchased a used Honda Shadow that is still in the family and have returned many times for clothing and accessories. Most recently, I purchased a Vega helmet that quickly became my favorite. Not only does it fit correctly, it's pretty quiet for an inexpensive helmet. The modular design allows some choices when not on the highway that I appreciate too. Finally, the white is a perfect match to the Indian I ride now. I don't remember the associate that assisted me but he was well versed with all the products available and was a great help in selecting the helmet. "”

“Very kind and compassionate staff, everyone is so friendly; the pleasant company makes working out feel a lot easier!!! They are very understanding and accommodating. My therapist is very patient with me, too, there’s no pressure or rushing to push progress; the pace is flexible towards my needs. I feel extremely comfortable as a patient (when so many other clinics tend to feel rather impersonal). The facilities are modern and tailored for many different needs.. Most importantly, they practice *excellent* health and hygiene standards; everything is regularly sanitized, patients are temperature-checked upon walking in, proper social distancing is enforced, etc— I actually feel VERY safe going to therapy in the middle of a pandemic!!! It’s a smaller clinic, so it’s less stressful than going to the big hospital branches. They take wonderful care of me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!”
