(May 12, 2020, 9:46 am)I have been using Mr. Jeff Post’s management services to manage 3 units (a single family and a duplex) in the Cincinnati area. We have had a very favorable experience—rates are fare, he and his crew find tenants quickly (there is a low vacancy rate), he is personally involved with major decisions/repairs and gives me a call to discuss, and most of all, he is quite trustworthy. If I could clone him to manage my properties in another state, I would!
