Lonnie Wright was an outstanding and responsive project manager and the team of roofers led by Ebenezer did a great job. Clean up was amazing. The Team the installed the gutter guards we quick, efficient, professional and did a great clean up as well. Feazel was a great company to work with. Bethany from the office was so polite and kind as well as professional. Thanks Team!

Matt Wiechelman was the Field Super and he was professional, honest and always available. Lonnie Wright also was extremely professional and personable. Don’t go anywhere else.

Ben Betz did the sales and inspection of my roof.
He is very professional and always prompt with
return calls and stuck to scheduled appointments.
He answered all my questions and made the
process of dealing with the insurance company a
breeze. Ben also was patient as I decided on the
shingle selection and even took the time to go on
the roof with the different selections so I could see
what they would look like on the roof. Didn't take
long for a scheduled date for roof installation. The
roofing Crew showed up promptly and got right to
work. They moved items and covered ground and
bushes with tarps. Very friendly and courteous.
When I returned home from work the roof looked
amazing and the yard was rid of debris and items
placed back. Lonnie the project manager came out
after and did a double check. Very satisfied with
this entire process using Feazel and their crew.
Would highly recommend.

They dealt directly with our insurance company to get the claim(s) approved and we had our new roof installed in no time. Matt Wiechelman explained the entire process and up front and made sure everything needed was included in our claim. When it came to the install, Lonnie ensured everything was done right and even came back after the roof was complete to make sure nothing was missed (including sweeping our yard for nails!) I would definitely recommend Feazel.
