Physical intel objects sometimes spawn in locations that can not be reached, ie. tables, on the side that is up against a wall.

The physical server is a Dell R200 using two hard drives in a RAID-1 setup. When I tried using the tool "vd2vhd", the resulting VHD file would not boot on hyper-V. I was told by an associate that a physical Intel disk cannot be converted for use on an AMD virtual server, but I am not sure if this is true.

In the BIOS settings, the option "Intel QPI Link Power Management" will be available provided if the server has multiple physical Intel processors. This feature places the Quick Path Interconnect links into a low power state when the links are not being used.
