I require regular lab work and getting to LabCorp is such a burden with traffic, unpredictable waits, needing to arrange childcare since children aren't permitted there, etc. Scheduling Shaun is worth every penny. She doesn't ever let you leave a session without equipping you with a new tool to help yourself overcome the obstacles that are preventing you from creating and living your best life. I came to her from the lowest point in my depression, after being turned away by 12 other counselors in the area who weren't willing to make room in their schedules for a new patient for several weeks. Over a 12 week period, she taught and instilled in me lifelong techniques to overcome 90% of the anxiety, depression and loss-of-self, the three reasons for which I had originally sought counseling. I cannot recommend anyone more highly. If you're in one of the darkest points in your life, even if you're uninsured and can only afford to pay for a few sessions (like I was), go anyway. Take notes on everything she says to do so that you that you get maximum benefit. You won't regret it. She will teach you how to turn your life around, one step at time. 5 stars!”
