Wumi was a little late to pick me up for an appointment, and I became hysterical, but ultimately I know why she was a little late. She was driving in East Price Hill, a very confusing neighborhood. I've lived in EPH for three years, and it is THE MOST confusing neighborhood in Cincinnati. In the end, Wumi arrived and got me to my appointment on time. She was very sweet and professional, really a delight to have as a driver and companion as I faced outpatient surgery. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat, and I'd recommend the kind folks at Queen City Homecare to anyone who needs this kind of facility.”

“I have been a patient of Arthritis Knee Pain Center for seven months and have been very happy with the service I have received and the results they have achieved. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and took care of getting approval from Medicare while I was there for my initial exam. I've had steroid and other types of injections in my knee before but they never seemed to last as long as the treatment I'm receiving now. I was virtually pain free for about 6 months after my first round. By the end of the 7th month I started to have moderate pain in my right knee and went back. I was approved for another series and within 24 hours of my first injection the pain was gone. The injections do not harm the soft tissue like some steroid injections can over time. The precision guided injection ensures the lubricating gel goes where it is supposed to. You can actually see it on the monitor. I look forward to keeping my knees intact and functioning for a long time and avoiding knee replacement thanks to Dr. Lamont Smith and all the staff at Arthritis Knee Pain Center of Cincinnati.”

The waitress I had was great but the woman who helped me cash out my ticket seemed to be annoyed she had to help me. Overall I'm sure I'll be back at some point.”

“I've been using 5.11 gear for years, they make great stuff. I went to the Cincinnati/Kenwood 5.11 store last weekend for a new MOAB Rush 10 bag and a pair of shorts. This is the first time I've been in a 5.11 store. The product selection is amazing... they seem to have at least one of everything made by 5.11 in stock. Chad was super helpful, and very knowledgeable. I had my daughter with me (we drove down from Dayton) and his patience with me was VERY appreciated! Great store, superb customer service...
