Walked in this morning to get boots and didn't take 5 steps before I was greeted and asked what I was needing today. This was my 3rd pair of redwings boots I have had in 8 years. Not going to lie the 1st 2 pair I have had killed my feet. Jennifer walked me back to the boots gave me direct detail on about every boot on the wall. She asked to measure my foot after I told her that I have always wore size 10 boots. Well I need size 9 not 10. Hands down the best service I have ever had buying a pair of boots. From here on out every year I buy boots I will be going back to Pieczonka. Jennifer thank you for the help. I'll see you next year!!

I accidentally broke a trophy of my son's from 2014.
Pieczonka Unlimited was able to find the exact trophy and engrave it so, my son would never know. Jennifer was great, and they all worked fast to get me the trophy before my son came back home.
