I fined that their were multiple communications that were missed as family members she lives with . If it was not for me asking to see the h/h and INR levels . WE would not have KNOW TO What caused the error or to much medication verses other causes . I have had Dr. Chadwell , no doubt he would have ask other family members . Plus this hospitalist was so focus on counting down the days of how long she can be their verses critical thinking. Family member blood count to low . Almost went to a procedure that would have Lowered it more . The surgeon cancel the removing old port .”
