As an almost-70 year-old with IPF (idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, an incurable and irreversible lung ailment,) as well as balance issues caused by a bone l shattered in my right foot during a fall several years ago, l was hesitant to join the Fitness Pavilion. However, that decision has had a life-changing, positive impact on my life and health. Justin gave me a thorough orientation as to the proper use of the equipment. Parmjit’s chair yoga classes have helped me relax, learn to breathe more deeply, and gain strength and balance. My latest venture has really surprised me. When l first joined Julie’s DanceFit class, l had to hold on to the wall or barre for balance. I struggled to pivot, kick, and move without stumbling. I struggled to catch my breath. But, three months later, my balance, strength, and agility (along with my breathing) are vastly improved. I heartily recommend the TriHealth Fitness Pavilion to any of my older contemporaries.”

Walk ins are welcomed and Tim the owner will give an honest estimate of how long the wait is - if there is one. Added a photo of my nails done by Anna today, she is an amazing technician who keeps my nails healthy and strong. I’ve been regularly coming the last six months or so and felt the need to give them the compliments on here because they deserve it. Pedicure by far is the best I’ve received from anywhere around this area, very consistent with the length of time during the massage portion and never rushed.”

“I received a manicure and pedicure from Kristin today and it was the BEST I’ve ever had! I normally would go to Ambiance, but not after my incredibly experience here today. The decor and furniture within Blush is stunning and Kristin was fantastic. We had quality conversation while she did my nails and she was efficient as I was able to get my nails and toenails done within 1.5 hours without feeling rushed or feeling like it took too long.
