Scarlet Oaks Estate

We just had our wedding at Scarlet Oaks Estate on 10-4-2025 and we could not have asked for a better experience! From the day we booked the venue, Pat was on top of communication and very helpful with any questions we had. Thanks to perfect weather, we were able to have both our ceremony and reception outside like we had hoped. Having dinner and dancing under the stars with our loved ones was absolutely beautiful and a memory we will cherish forever! Pat kindly listened to our requests and made sure the set up was exactly what we envisioned. The cottage on the grounds was such a perfect place for the girls to get ready- it had ample room and a full kitchen which came in handy! The Day of Coordinators, April, Jessica, and Maddy were so extremely helpful and made sure our day went smoothly. They were able to set up my excessive decor to perfection and consistently checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Whether it was food or drinks, we were never left empty handed or guessing what was next. It truly was the best day of our lives and we cannot recommend Scarlet Oaks Estate enough!

Had a wonderful experience renting the cottage at scarlet oaks estate for my baby shower. Beautiful little house with an all weather porch extension that has beautiful country views of their rolling estate. It was perfect for my moons and stars tea party. Everyone was complimenting the space. Would highly recommend for a baby or bridal shower or just a get together. Fully functional kitchen with use of their supplies if needed. The owner pat was in contact and available during the event but did not hover over us. Bedroom was open and we were able to bring a pack and play to lay down a little one for a nap. I could not have asked for a better location. Easy to work with definitely worth the price. Pretty for pictures. Also has a lovely outside deck but we did not use as it was forecasted to rain but didn't.

I can't say enough nice things about this venue. My husband and I got married here on May 20th and loved every part of it. Pat was so on top of helping us make our vision come true and I loved that the venue also provided not one, but TWO day of coordinators that took care of all of the decorating and making sure everything/everyone was where they needed to be. This venue is so customizable - we chose to have an outdoor ceremony in the backyard and the recpetion under the twinkle lights in the front yard. The barn and house were also available for us to use and I loved that we could do everything in one location. I couldn't recommend this venue enough. Thank you Scarlet Oaks Estate Team!

Amazing place to have babyshowers,Pat the owner is a very friendly nice guy. The place is beautiful and was a great place to have our baby shower today maybe we will have more future parties here . Thank you Pat we appreciate you.

We hosted my sister’s bridal shower here and it was absolutely stunning. Super easy to work with and not a bad price for what you get. The manor is so clean and spacious. Our guests couldn’t say enough about it and I am so happy with the way it turned out. Would use again!
