Very pleased with Dr. Rioch and his nurse practitioners (Lyndsey, Tracy & Kristin) and the care they provide my family. The nurses & front desk staff are all friendly & helpful.

I am convinced Dr.Rioch and CPN Diane Gilliand are the best health care team in Findlay, Ohio. Both providers give excellent care. Dr. Rioch is a humble healthcare genius and Diane is witty and an absolute expert in providing patient care. I have experienced the care of good doctors but Dr.Rioch and Diane provide excellent care. I never have to worry that something will be "missed" in my or my family's care because both providers go above and beyond to ensure exceptional care. They both challenge the status quo for patient care by constantly going above and beyond for each and every patient. As an added bonus to this team, the office staff is amazing! The ladies who work along side Dr. Rioch and Diane are kind, proactive, and don't miss a single beat in providing excellent customer service and patient care. I will never leave this office. My daughter who is now 4 years old is alive and well because Dr. Rioch correctly diagnosed her as an infant and this saved her life. And Diane is my personal hero! She has helped navigate my personal care and the care of all four of my children. Diane helped us understand why three of our four children were chronically ill. She sent us to a specialist and it turns out three of our children have chronic asthma that was missed by other doctors. Diane is the best and because of her and Dr.Rioch's amazing care my family is healthy and non-symptomatic. I have many more testimonials about their care and office staff, what I'm sharing here is just the highlight. I want to encourage you- if you are scared for your personal health or the health of your loved ones, please don't hesitate to call this office. Once you are under the wing of these providers you will always have the peace of mind that you and your people will be properly care for. See Dr. Rioch, he is very timely and is great. Avoid the NP, average wait time of 30+ mins per my past experiences.
