Quick to respond and help when my car suddenly started grinding. Great service!

I was extremely impressed with Michael, I am usually a DIY dad, my kid is student and works part time, and her alternator stopped charging her battery, I drove up from Columbus with a handful of tools, on a cold Saturday afternoon, popped the hood and knew, I am not the right guy for this job!! After calling the few shops still open and knowing they couldn’t do anything until Monday or Tuesday, I called Lands, Michael understood our situation and urgency, he immediately responded with a more than fair quote and an accurate time frame to complete.
We went to the deli had a sandwich,played a few pinball machines and then Michael called right on time, thanks for turning a bad day into a great memory.

I thank him very much for his help, he was very kind and understanding. I had a flat tire near my house. He came to my house with his service vehicle. It was also not very expensive. Thanks again!

Mike replaced my alternator when my battery died. He offered to come to my house on the evening I had called. He did a great job and had it taken care of that evening. Great service and a great price! I’ll absolutely look to him for future work.
