Very pleasant gentleman to work with. They both took the time to look my unit over,. Listen to my concerns and questions. They were very straight up and honest with me. They both made me feel comfortable and not stupid. I'm a lady and most men will take advantage of our intelligence. Bob and his side kick did not make me feel dumb.
