I had a great experience getting my ring sized here! The service was very fast — it only took a couple of days, and all the work was done in-house.

The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work. The master jeweler was friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. I had read a few reviews mentioning he might come off as unfriendly, but I found him to be straightforward and no-nonsense (yet friendly!) — something I appreciate when trusting someone with my valuables. I’ll definitely be back for any future jewelry work!

Had to have my wedding ring cut off my finger at the ER due to swelling from allergy. I went to Kay jeweler's to see if they could put it back together after I recovered. They didn't measure my finger or anything to see if they had to add gold ( 14kt ) or not. They said it would cost $179.00. I thought that was too much and decided to shop around. A couple months later I saw a recommendation for Jewelers Workbench on FB. Took it there for an estimate. He measured my ring finger and since he didn't have to add gold it would cost me $40. So Thankful I waited, been married 64 years so it's old, but looks new now!! Thank you Jeweler's Workbench!!

Had to have some links taken out of two watches that were way too long.

He did it quickly, made sure the fit was right and charged me LESS than $20 for BOTH total. Will definitely go back.

Some people are complaining that Bob isn't a people person. He's imo an introvert, like me. It's not that he's rude he's just not a "chatty Kathy" type person.

Just remember this, he's not rude, he's just not a chatty person. IMO
