“We have been doing a major remodel and Buckeye building was our goto for custom stairs and misc boards. The employees were so helpful and nice. I gave them 5 stars. The owner was not as helpful and didn't seem to want our business so we went elsewhere for everything else. We had simple questions and two different visits he acted very rude.”

“First, this was our first trip outside of the "chain" furniture stores. Herron's is the store we always hoped existed. They do not sell chain store, mass produced furniture, in fact, every piece is Amish, made by hand craftsmanship. You choose the wood and the stain color. Your purchase truly is, a family heirloom. Second, Jeri. The ultimate in a sales representative. She greeted us at the door, and quickly established our interest. Jeri sat down with us and got to know more about our tastes, the way we wanted a dining table that would blend in with our existing pieces, the type of wood we liked and the color. She made us feel like we made a purchase, not that we were being sold furniture. Jeri was very upfront, explaining the time involved with having a custom, hand made dining room set produced, because of labor shortages, material availability, and an ongoing pandemic. Our order took six months, during which Jeri called twice to update us on it's timeline. When our dining set was delivered, it was beyond our expectations. The natural imperfections of real wood add to the character of one of a kind furniture. As another reviewer stated, the delivery team removed their shoes when they arrived, and were more than professional. They say you get what you pay for. Purchasing from Herron's, we got our money's worth.”

“The couple that run that place are absolutely amazing! Me and some coworkers are from Toledo and decided to go to lunch at the pizza shop next door and were pleasantly surprised by the most welcoming people I have ever met! And they gave me peanut brittle as a little gift since my coworkers left me in the store. A must stop place if you’re passing through. Very price friendly and they have a cute little cat that roams around 10/10 will shop again!”
