I appreciate how well the staff communicates any changes in her condition and medications—it's comforting to stay informed. The entire team is friendly and welcoming, creating a warm environment for both residents and visitors. Every time I walk in, I feel the positive energy and care that fills the building. The only suggestion I have is to consider organizing more outings for the residents. The recent trip to the county fair was such a highlight for my cousin and truly made her year! I would love to see more opportunities like this in the future, as they bring so much joy and excitement to the residents' lives. “This place was amazing. I've always had good experiences growing up going to the dentist, but when my insurance changed I tried out a new place in my town it was horrible. They were extremely rude and a bunch of other stuff, so then I went to this place yesterday. It was like night and day. Every single person was so friendly and nice. I finally got my teeth cleaned, the place was clean, and they were very accommodating to my toddler that I had to bring with me. My teeth look and feel great. They weren't rough like the last place I went to. If you're someone that gets nervous going to the dentist, go to this place, and your anxiety will just melt away.”
