Sam was very easy to work with when both my parents died within 14 months of each other. His compassion and understanding during a difficult time contributed to successfully planning their funerals. The venue directly across the street to hold the reception afterwards was a godsend. We didn't have to scramble to try to find a place that would accommodate all of us. Smart move on Sam's part to have that available for families.
