“Hello and good afternoon! The folks here are kind but coming from a state with legal recreational products and my husband was a connoisseur of sorts, this stuff is not nearly as strong as they say. One of the employees mentioned some product as being stronger than medical and that is just absolutely false. So if you are an avid user of real top quality flower, this place (or any smoke shop in town) will not tap that level of product.”

“I love this company, but the time it takes to get orders lately is crazy. This is my 3rd issue with the company. I ordered on October 27 and it is December 10th and nothing. What is going on? I would be happy if someone just said: “Hey, we are busy, expect 2 months for shipment.” That would be fine! At least I know ahead of time. I love their stuff here but it’s impossible now to get things in a reasonable amount of time. My suggestion is just to communicate better since your products are amazing. Thank you for your work for the Church. Update: they have really done such an improvement. I called to have an order for my mom’s birthday, and they made it happen. “I worked in IT and rarely need any IT support. We had a project: my son wanted to build his own gaming rig, and ordered all the parts. We needed a place to assemble (at home we have cats, less than optimal), and Jeff was nice enough to provide space and oversight in case we got into trouble. That is very different from the normal serivces they offer! We did get into trouble: a bad CPU and a faulty motherboard. After replacements we successfully completed the build. His advice was spot on, and he checked our progress from time to time to advise and ensure we did not misfire. During the time I saw people pick up and drop off systems, heard him give customers GOOD advice, and always in a friendly and professional manner. I can recommend this shop highly.”

Ironically, it happens to be nearly dead center between our hotel and the job we are working at all week. I'll go to a speedway over anywhere else for the points and fuel perks. Great place to save”
