“This gym is not just for those who are already fit and built, this gym is a gym for everyone. There are people of all age groups and sizes, we all work out at our own level. The staff is friendly to everyone who enters the door, everyone gets a hello. And if you have a question they will answer it for you or show you a move. You are encouraged from all members and staff to reach your goal. There is a variety of classes that you can take almost everyday of the week and on weekends, you can try something new whenever you feel. I have been going for 9 months now and truly love going to the gym to workout.”
