Bluefin Asian Fusion Hibachi & Sushi Bar

My husband and I stopped here for our anniversary dinner at around 4 PM or so on a Sunday. There were only a couple other people there, so we got a table immediately. Well, a booth, and when we went to sit down, we realized that it was a tight squeeze to even get in the booth, so we moved to a table. We got the wings for an appetizer and they were alright, pretty standard fare. I got the Hiroshima Roll as well, and we both got Hibachi dinners. The Hiroshima Roll was excellent, and the soup and salad were delicious. I got steak and shrimp, and my husband got chicken. I did order noodles instead of rice, but they gave me rice anyways. It was still good, but I think the server was new, or needed some help. It was super tasty either way, and a pretty good portion, although I'd like to see more meat for an almost $30 plate. I think if you come here, the sushi is really what you should get! Overall, didn't disappoint, and we would come back!

Great food made from scratch. Best yumyum sauce and ginger dressing I've ever had. I was told that they make their teriyaki sauce for the hibachi from scratch also. Their sushi is some of the yes in Lake County.
The service is best on the weekend, because there is a very sweet girl with tattoos who Treats you Like she's known you for years and you've been friends forever.

We stopped by for lunch. Lots of varieties on the menu and reasonable prices. We ordered Vegetable Tempura, Eel and Salmon Nigiri, Seaweed Salad, and a Salmon Hibachi plate. Service was good as well. Interesting place!

Went there for the first time today, best Asian place in mentor to eat. I got the Sweet Potato sushi roll, and the steak hibachi dinner and both were nothing less than perfect. The cooks are incredible. So authentic. The steak was cooked so well and the flavor was out of this world. The sweet potato roll was delicious and crunchy!!
The noodles were so good too!

Was my first time for my birthday to enjoy some decent, actual sushi at least without heading to foreign lands and global travel ha... It was fantastic everyone working there even the ones in the back working on the food were awesome both seen and unseen. If I could go there every day of the week or more I definitely would! I cannot wait to visit a second time! Highly recommended!
